We are currently in search of a Marketing and Social Media Manager who will be instrumental in enhancing our online footprint, elevating brand visibility, and fostering valuable sales prospects. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic social media framework that aligns with our organizational objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the sales division to design and implement account-based marketing strategies, utilizing tools such as lead sequencing and HubSpot.
- Manage and refine paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google to ensure optimal performance in alignment with our strategic aims.
- Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends and competitive opportunities that can enhance our marketing efforts.
- Create targeted campaigns for various Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to ensure nuanced communication.
- Produce and distribute monthly newsletters to keep clients and prospects updated on company news, trends, and insights from the industry.
- Partner with our website developers to bolster our online presence, overseeing SEO and website updates as needed.
- Direct marketing activities within HubSpot, including workflows, email marketing, and lead nurturing initiatives.
- Ensure that all content is consistent with the brand’s voice and aligns with corporate objectives through collaboration with internal teams.
- Monitor and assess marketing performance metrics to gauge the success of campaigns.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media.
- Generate engaging and informative content that resonates with our audience.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in B2B marketing and account-based marketing methodologies.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and CRM tools, particularly HubSpot.
- Previous marketing experience in the life sciences or closely-related sectors.
- Basic skills in graphic design for the creation of marketing materials.
Qualifications
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing or social media management is required.
